Participants will deepen their understanding of the T-TESS rubric and the instructional pieces of evidence needed to be a Distinguished teacher and make the connections that will impact their classroom instruction and practices. Participants will unpack the domains/dimensions, observe a lesson, analyze the lesson through the lens of the T-TESS rubric, and finally grasp an understanding of goal setting and write SMART Goals.
