Participants will explore TEA TIER (Tiered Interventions Using Evidence-Based Research) materials and resources to understand key responsibilities within the district/campus team and learn proven strategies for conducting effective, goal-oriented meetings. Emphasis will be placed on leveraging the strengths of each team member, building an organized structure, setting actionable objectives, and using data to inform decisions. Whether refining existing practices or building new systems, this session offers the tools and insights to enhance team performance and student outcomes. Participants will attend via Zoom.
