This session is for districts that are newly identified as an ESSA Talent district by TEA. Districts will learn about the ESSA Talent planning process and how accountatbilty gaps are calculated. Districts will also begin the work to create a plan to address accoutnability gaps and analyze available resources to support the development of the ESSA Talent plan.
