Observation Feedback Cycles: Levels 1-3 (For Region 7 Employees Only)

Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.

This session is a required prerequisite for the LIFT Program that will begin in the Spring of 2026.

Region 7 employees will be provided two different levels of coaching training rooted in the See It, Name It, Do It protocol.

Day 1 will include the base TEACHER LEVEL coaching cadence, which includes identifying strong action steps, scripting for coaching conversations, and role-play practice of a coaching conversation.

Day 2 will include practice with the Level 2 coaching cadence, focused on coaching campus leaders, and practice with Level 3 coaching conversations focused on coaching district leaders.
