Connected Math: Building Computational Fluency

Fluency is more than speed. It’s strategy, flexibility, and understanding. In this session, participants will explore how number sense and reasoning about operations lead to efficient and accurate computation. Using TEKS Resource System tools, teachers will trace how conceptual understanding of numbers, operations, and structure develops across grades and ultimately builds strong procedural skill.
