Workshop Registration Details

What does it take to grow as a leader and prepare for the next step in administration? This collaborative panel brings together an elementary principal and a middle school principal to share their leadership journeys through the lens of the Effective Schools Framework (ESF), Texas Principal Evaluation and Support System (T-PESS), and Texas Principal Standards.
Participants will gain practical insight into how principals apply the ESF levers to strengthen instruction, build a culture of high expectations, and create systems that sustain student success. Panelists will also reflect on how T-PESS and the Principal Standards guide their professional growth, decision-making, and impact on teaching and learning.
Through open discussion and real-world examples, aspiring administrators will explore the common challenges and opportunities across grade levels, identify transferable leadership practices, and learn how to leverage these tools to shape their own leadership pathway.
