This session is designed for instructional coaches and school leaders—both current Sibme users and those exploring the platform—who want to strengthen how they support teacher growth. Participants will explore strategies such as setting up effective collaborative huddles, using video and artifacts to ground coaching conversations, and leveraging Sibme’s AI-powered insights to save time and focus feedback. The session will be interactive, adaptable to participant needs, and grounded in real school contexts.
Session Goals:
• Clarify through coaching, collaboration, and reflection.
• Model practical workflows (huddles, video, feedback, and AI insights) that save time and improve instructional conversations.
• Help leaders and coaches identify next steps for using Sibme more intentionally with teachers and PLCs.
