Every Interaction Matters: Customer Service In Schools - PFE Edition

This engaging training helps districts develop a shared culture of customer service that shapes how parents and families experience schools, from the front office to the classroom, and from campus leadership to district systems. Participants will explore how consistent customer service expectations across all roles influence trust, communication, and meaningful Parent and Family Engagement, ensuring families receive a welcoming and respectful experience at every point of contact. Through role-playing, conflict-resolution scenarios, communication strategies, and mindset work, teams will strengthen the relational practices needed to build positive, productive partnerships with families. The session highlights how customer service influences staff-to-parent interactions, leadership culture, staff collaboration, student relationships, and community trust. Participants will leave with a clearer vision, shared language, and practical strategies to align customer service expectations at both the campus and district levels because exceptional customer service is the foundation of meaningful family engagement and student success.
