First Time Administrator's Academy Day 1

Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.

Establishing Roles, Responsibilities, and Leadership Identity
This foundational session supports participants in developing clarity around leadership roles, responsibilities, and identity as outlined in the Effective Schools Framework (ESF) Lever 1: Strong School Leadership and Planning and T-PESS Domain 1. Participants examine how clearly defined roles function together within a campus leadership system to support alignment, shared ownership, and intentional decision-making. Through reflective practices grounded in the Advanced Educational Leadership (AEL) Framework, attendees explore how personal leadership tendencies influence daily actions, communication, and campus systems. The session emphasizes role clarity before role complexity, ensuring participants leave with a role-aligned leadership action that strengthens daily operations and establishes a strong foundation for shared instructional leadership.
