Day 3 of First Time Administrator's Academy is grounded in ESF Lever 3: Positive School Culture and T-PESS Domain 3, focusing on how leadership communication, visibility, and presence shape campus climate. Participants analyze how leadership behaviors and everyday interactions influence trust, engagement, and consistency across the campus community. Drawing from the Advanced Educational Leadership Framework, attendees reflect on relational leadership practices that strengthen culture and reinforce shared expectations. The session supports participants in identifying a leadership action that intentionally builds culture through communication systems, visibility, and relationship-driven routines.
