This training is designed for district and campus personnel whose campuses are required to develop a Targeted Improvement Plan (TIP) as part of school improvement efforts. By the end of the session, participants will be equipped to create a high-quality TIP that drives measurable student outcomes. The session will focus on building a plan aligned to the Effective Schools Framework essential actions, ensuring systemic and sustainable improvement.

Required Attendees: District Coordinator of School Improvement (DCSI), campus principal, and key campus leadership team members.
