The ESSA Federal Programs Kickoff brings district leaders together to start the year confidently, supported, and aligned, setting a positive tone for the work ahead. Participants will receive a high-level overview of each ESSA program (Title I, Part A, Title I, Part D, Subpart 2, Title II, Part A, and Title IV, Part A), covering key requirements, foundational planning, timelines, parent and family engagement, and monitoring points, ensuring all critical elements are considered and integrated into the year’s schedule. The session also highlights available resources, technical assistance, upcoming trainings, key deadlines, and contacts, so districts leave feeling confident, connected, and prepared for a successful year. Open to all Region VII LEAs.
