SPED Funding Monthly Tidbits 26-27

Monthly Special Education Funding Zooms will focus on timely and any hot topics identified. Our goal is to provide an overall perspective of SPED funding through the provisions of the following workshops: SPED Funding 101 (full day), MOE 101 (half day), Private Schools (half day), and SPED Consolidated Grant Application (half day). Monthly Zoom meetings will break down the content into more manageable pieces, allowing you to create/revise sustainable procedures for your LEA.

February topics will include:
Needs assessment for the following year
project budget/staffing based on enrollment
Finalize growth plans/required PD for EOY and summer
HCF Opens
Final MOE Compliace review available
--update budgeted amount or determine exceptions to ensure compliance
Submit reimbursements to ESC for timely payments

Attendees will be able to participate in this webinar in their district via the Zoom link provided in the registration confirmation email and professional development records.
