SpEd SPD/Self-Assessment Overview 26-27

Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.

Starting with the 2026-2027 school year, all Local Education Agencies (LEAs) will be required to use the Special Education Performance Diagnostic (SPD) to complete a Self-Assessment of their special education program each year. This workshop will guide participants through the Self-Assessment process using the SPD. This session will include the most up-to-date information about the SPD and the Self-Assessment. Additionally, session content will include tips from those who have already interacted with this new process. Participants will collaborate and share ideas to address special education compliance and improve student performance. Attendees will be able to participate in this webinar in their district via the Zoom link provided in the registration confirmation email and professional development records.
