This collaborative session brings educators in secondary transition across our region together to explore the wide range of resources and programs available in the state and our region. Together, we’ll discuss how to effectively connect and utilize these supports to develop meaningful, student-centered secondary transition plans that empower students for successful post-school outcomes.
