During this workshop, participants will focus on some key components that will support them in their paraprofessional role. Learning objectives will include building relationships, paraprofessional responsibilities, elevating standards of professionalism in interactions with students, colleagues, and parents, FERPA and confidentiality in the school setting, proactive student supervision, and general strategies for classroom management. This workshop is for Tyler ISD only.
