From Theory to Felt Sense: Integrative, Playful, and Nervous-System-Informed Interventions for School Counselors

This experiential training is grounded in Polyvagal Theory, Attachment, Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB), TBRI, and play-based approaches. Participants will learn to recognize behavior through a nervous-system lens and respond with regulation-first strategies. Through hands-on activities and real-world application, participants will gain tools to support emotional regulation, relational safety, and resilience in children and adolescents, within the unique constraints of school settings. This training emphasizes developmentally appropriate and immediately applicable practices without engaging in trauma processing.
