Participants will receive a clear overview of available instructional resources and how they fit together, followed by a step-by-step look at backward design—from standards to daily instruction. Teachers will leave with three practical, classroom-ready strategies they can immediately begin integrating into their lessons to strengthen alignment, engagement, and instructional confidence.
