Counseling Against Lethal Means (CALM): Practical Strategies for K–12 Educators

Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.

Reducing access to lethal means—such as firearms and medications—is one of the most effective, evidence-based strategies for preventing suicide, particularly during periods of crisis. This workshop equips K–12 educators with practical, compassionate strategies to recognize when lethal means counseling is needed and to partner with students and families to reduce access and increase safety.
