Plan Well, Teach Well, Score Well: Achieving Growth in T-TESS

This is Day 1 of a three day series for educators. In Day 1 of Plan Well, Teach Well, Score Well, we will set the foundation for strong instructional planning that drives measurable growth and improved T-TESS outcomes. In this session, participants will explore how solid, standards-aligned planning leads to effective teaching and higher student achievement . Educators will learn to break down TEKS into clear, learning objectives using tools within the TCMPC platform. Together, we will define success criteria, analyze proficient descriptors, and practice identifying and correcting non-examples through video and real-life classroom scenarios.

Participants will also engage with powerful digital tools that support planning and reflection such as, MagicSchool to unpack standards, connect relevance, and generate aligned lesson ideas. Sibme Feedback and Notebook LM will guide teachers in capturing reflections and receiving actionable feedback to strengthen instructional practice
