Launching The Science of Reading Literacy Framework

Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.

Language instruction is an integral part of students’ literacy development; however, many teachers may feel they lack sufficient training to implement it effectively. Students need explicit, systematic language instruction that builds their vocabulary and deepens their understanding of how words work. This includes the development of academic language, morphology, and vocabulary knowledge, all of which are essential for reading comprehension and written expression.
