TIA T-TESS Overview & DMAC Training - Cross Roads ISD

This training will provide participants with the resources needed to deepen their understanding of the Texas Teacher Evaluation Support System (T-TESS). Participants will become familiar with the T-TESS process in relation to TIA and move from procedural to conceptual in understanding how the domains, dimensions, descriptors, and performance levels of the T-TESS rubric apply to their roles. DMAC will also provide training to help participants better understand how to use the resources it provides to support the T-TESS process.
