Designed to support clear and defensible eligibility decisions, this session walks teams through structured guiding questions and data triangulation strategies. Participants will examine how to differentiate between second-language acquisition and disability, using multiple data sources to reduce over- and under-identification. This session is for monolingual and bilingual evaluators.
