This session is designed for districts that already have TIA in place and are thinking about the next step. We’ll focus on how to move beyond managing the Teacher Incentive Allotment and start using it to support broader goals across your system. Participants will explore ways to reimagine compensation plans and support retention of staff in ways that align with and strengthen your district’s culture. You’ll leave with practical ideas and a clearer sense of how to build on your current work.
