This workshop introduces a nervous-system-informed approach with a focus on regulation-first strategies. Participants will engage in interactive learning to build practical tools that support emotional regulation, strengthen relationships, and promote resilience in children and adolescents in school settings. Practices are developmentally appropriate and immediately usable. This experiential training is grounded in Polyvagal Theory, Attachment, Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB), TBRI, and play-based approaches.
