Bridges: A Dyslexia Intervention Connecting Teacher, Avatar, and Student is a two-year, evidence-based curriculum for children ages 7 and older produced by Scottish Rite. Bridges utilizes lesson content from the Scottish Rite’s Take Flight: A Comprehensive Intervention for Students with Dyslexia curriculum. Scientific research comparing students receiving Take Flight and those receiving Bridges showed similarly effective improvements in literacy outcomes for students with dyslexia. This is Day 1 of a 5 Day Series. Each participant must attend all five days in order to receive Certification.

• Bridges presents the same content as Take Flight: A Comprehensive Intervention for Students with Dyslexia and in the same order.
• Any certified teacher can be trained in a total of 10 days.
• Some training hours can apply toward becoming a CALT.
