Building Content Clarity for Instructional Leaders: TCMPC as a Tool for T-TESS

You can't improve what you can't see — and seeing clearly requires the right tools and shared language. This session empowers campus and district leaders to use TCMPC alongside T-TESS to strengthen classroom walkthroughs and coaching conversations. Participants will practice identifying content-specific look-fors aligned to TEKS expectations, calibrate observations across core content areas, and providing feedback that supports instructional improvement and student learning.
