Refining Operating Procedures: Director Collaboration & Regional Support 25-26

Region 7 special education directors are invited to participate in a guided work session focused on updated revisions to operating procedures. This session will provide a concise review of key updates, clarify compliance implications, and highlight considerations for local implementation.
Participants will engage in collaborative discussion with fellow directors to problem-solve, share practices, and refine existing procedures. Dedicated work time will be built in for reviewing and revising current operating procedures, with Region 7 special education staff available throughout the session to provide guidance and technical assistance.
