Teaching Writing in Real Time: Inside K-2 Bluebonnet Lessons

Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.

Strong writing doesn’t happen by accident—it’s built through clear routines and intentional practice. In this session, participants will explore high-impact routines for modeled, shared, and interactive writing that align seamlessly with Bluebonnet RLA lessons. You’ll see how writing with students—thinking aloud, co-constructing responses, and gradually releasing responsibility—deepens understanding and improves the quality of student writing across genres. Through concrete examples and classroom-tested structures, you’ll walk away with practical strategies to make writing visible, predictable, and purposeful in every lesson.
