Texas Mentorship Training: Pathway 2 (Design Session 1 and 2)

Design Teams will review Mentoring Educator Competencies to understand the responsibilities of Mentoring Educators. Using these responsibilities, design teams will plan for the required 12 hours of first-semester mentoring and establish checkpoints to monitor progress throughout the year.

Design Teams will develop onboarding strategies to prepare Mentoring Educators for the school year, create a responsive support and training plan aligned with the Texas Mentorship Training, and identify school-level monitoring strategies to ensure quality mentoring throughout the year.
