Workshop Registration Details

As Texas undergoes the most significant overhaul of special education funding and regulation in decades, campus administrators must be equipped to lead their staff through these complex transitions. This workshop is designed specifically for principals, assistant principals, and campus-level leaders to provide a clear roadmap for the 2025-2026 school year and beyond.

Participants will dive into the immediate financial and procedural impacts of House Bill 2 and critical updates to ARD committee responsibilities.

The session will also address high-stakes data compliance, specifically the reporting through TSDS PEIMS related to the SY 2026-2027 transition to the service intensity funding model. Discussions will include the "dual-reporting" requirements and tier-based intensity logic that will soon drive campus special education allotments.

Key Learning Objectives:
Master new compliance timelines for ARD meeting notices and FIIE report distribution to parents.
Understand the campus principal's role in verifying the accuracy of six-week attendance data to ensure proper cash flow.
