Are You as Smart as a Buzzard? - How to Avoid Becoming Ethical Roadkill 26-27

Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.

Keeping up with the latest ethical codes is a necessary, yet often dreaded, part of any mental health profession. All too often, ethics training is either boring or terrifying. This session, led by a biologist turned counselor, will entertain you with wisdom from the animal kingdom as we cover the broad tenets of ethical codes pertaining to school psychologists, LPCs, and school counselors. In addition, we will discuss common ethical dilemmas we should be prepared to address in our everyday practice. Be prepared to laugh, learn, and never look at buzzards in the same way again.
Participants will be able to attend this workshop via the Zoom link provided to paid/approved participants in professional development records 1 day prior to the workshop.
