Description

Participants will reflect and deepen their understanding of the T-TESS process; tighten calibrations across campuses and the district as required by Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA); reflect on implementation and current impact on self, teachers, students, and the campus; and identify the next steps for growth and development of self and others. DMAC will provide an overview and training for campus and district administrators on using DMAC to implement the TIA plan.
