It is a collection of students' work gathered over time to demonstrate growth in knowledge, skills, and abilities, often including reflections on their learning process. These portfolios can contain diverse pieces like essays, projects, presentations, or creative works, providing a nuanced view of student achievement and progress that goes beyond traditional tests or final projects. This method allows for a comprehensive evaluation of student competence. You will gain knowledge to successfully create portfolios that contain rubrics and student work assessments gathered over time to determine student growth by the end of year.
