Workshop Registration Details

When participants register for and attend Day 1, they will automatically be registered for Day 2, which is Monday, July 29th. LEAS will be billed based on attendance in Day 1.

In this session, campus leadership teams will learn how to build effective systems for regular classroom observation and timely, actionable feedback. Through practice-based professional learning, leaders will use Paul Bambrick-Santoyo’s coaching protocol to drive strong instructional practice in every classroom. Participants will develop skills to help teachers identify clear models of success, name focused action steps, and take immediate next steps that support growth.
The Observation Feedback Cohort includes face-to-face training, implementation support, and principal supervisor coaching sessions.
Registration will occur once Region 7 receives a signed Customized Service Agreement listing all participating leaders.

Training Structure
This experience includes two full days of in-person training. Over the two days, leadership teams will learn and practice the components of effective observation and feedback cycles using Paul Bambrick-Santoyo’s coaching framework. Participants will receive copies of Get Better Faster and Leverage Leadership 2.0 to support implementation.

Day 1: Introduction to the core coaching protocol and practice using case studies (July 23rd)
Day 2: Continued practice focused on conducting strong, aligned coaching cycles (July 29th)
