Mentor and Mentee Academy (M&M) Day 1: Learning Environment and Lesson Preparation

Mentors and mentees will work together to strengthen the learning environment and lesson preparation practices that support effective teaching. Participants will reflect on current practices, explore practical strategies in Texas Teach Like a Champion, and collaborate on lesson internalization and rehearsal to strenghten instructional delivery. This workshop provides mentoring time toward the TMT-required mentoring hours.
