Mentor and Mentee Academy (M&M) Day 2: Co-teaching and Observation/Feedback

Mentors and mentees will work together to strengthen their use of co-teaching, classroom observation, and meaningful feedback. Participants will practice strategies for collaborating during instruction and using observation and feedback to support professional growth. This workshop also provides mentoring time toward the TMT-required mentoring hours.
