This 2-day training equips school leaders with a research-based framework for developing teacher effectiveness through strategic observation and feedback cycles. Participants will learn to identify high-leverage action steps that accelerate teacher growth, deliver feedback that drives meaningful instructional change, and facilitate coaching conversations that build teacher capacity and directly impact student learning and achievement.
