Texas Instructional Leadership: Leading Data-Driven Instruction

This 2-day training equips school leaders with research-based strategies to build teacher capacity in using data to maximize instructional time and target student needs. Participants will learn to guide teachers in unpacking standards, analyzing assessments to identify learning gaps, and creating targeted instructional plans that ensure students spend more time on what they need to learn and less time on what they already know, resulting in more effective and efficient instruction.
