Description

The purpose of the Title III Early Childhood Education for emergent bilingual students is to provide educators with support for young students whose primary language is not English. Early childhood education for young emergent bilingual students is critical for language and literacy development. Thus, preschool programs must purposefully design instruction and include home-school connections specifically for young emergent bilingual students.
