TCMPC for Instructional Coaches Day 2: Day 2: Coaching Clear Objectives and Success Criteria in PLCs

Building on Day 1, coaches will explore strong, standards-aligned planning that meets T-TESS expectations.

Participants will unpack TEKS into clear learning objectives using TCMPC tools, define success criteria, and analyze proficient descriptors, then practice facilitating this work in PLCs. Participants will leave ready to support collaborative planning that leads to effective teaching, higher student achievement, and improved T-TESS outcomes.
