Do you strive to be a teacher who stays "green and growing?" Would you like support to help you fine-tune and hone your professional skills and strategies? I would be honored to serve as your extra set of eyes, sounding-board, and coach! During in-person or virtual coaching, we will identify an area of focus and develop an action plan. After developing your lesson, I will observe or watch a video of the lesson delivery and provide feedback. During our reflective coaching conversation, you will identify your strengths and next steps.
