Folder to Future: Hands-On Transition Supplement Review #2 26-27

Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.

Transform student transition planning from a compliance checklist into a clear, actionable roadmap. In this hands-on workshop, participants will dive directly into their own students' IEP folders to audit and refine transition supplements using current Texas Education Agency (TEA) standards and Texas SPED Support resources.

Navigating directly within your district’s special education management system, you will evaluate existing age-appropriate transition assessments, postsecondary goals, course of study alignments, and coordinated transition services. Through guided self-audits and peer collaboration, you will learn how to leverage state resources to identify gaps, correct common documentation errors, and build robust transition plans that set every student up for postsecondary success.

This workshop is specifically for Hallsville ISD.
