Inside the Dome: Using the Planetarium to Engage Students - Birdwell Tyler ISD

Step inside the Region 7 Discovery Dome and experience the planetarium from a student’s point of view. Teachers will explore ways the dome can be used to support space science concepts, spark student curiosity, and create memorable learning experiences. We’ll look at practical ideas for connecting planetarium experiences to classroom instruction and discuss how teachers can use the dome to help students observe, question, and make sense of what they see.
