Utilizing employee speech as a backdrop, participants will receive an overview of how best to analyze the disruption standard necessary for responding to employee speech, both personal and political, including social media, dress and grooming. Application to documentation principles will be reviewed, as well as term contract nonrenewal standards and probationary contract terminations.
