Participants will revisit the key takeaways from the evaluation and prioritize the areas with the greatest impact on students. They will build action steps for strengthening program of study alignment, refining PEIMS coding to ensure reliable data, and using CTE funds strategically. Participants will also explore how counselors and campus leaders can use district CTE data to guide course scheduling, student advising, and program planning. For Winona ISD only.
