Hot Topics in Mental Health (Region 7 sign up required)

In this workshop, participants will receive information about topics in mental health that include anxiety, depression, trauma, self-harm, suicide, and substance use. Additionally, they will learn about the neurobiology of trauma and anxiety, self-regulation techniques, and tips and strategies that school staff can use to recognize mental health struggles and support students experiencing mental health struggles. This training is for school counselors at Lindale ISD only.
