his professional development session will guide participants through a collaborative review and refinement of Progreso ISD’s CCMR Action Plan and Tracking & Improvement Plan. Attendees will develop shared commitments, deepen their understanding of CCMR indicators, and engage in hands-on planning to align strategies with state accountability goals. The session will also feature a demonstration of EdSpire’s CCMR platform to support data-informed decision-making.
