A successful school year begins with a shared vision, clear alignment, and a collective commitment to our campus culture. This foundational back-to-school session is designed to unite all Progreso Early Childhood staff members around our core operating procedures, daily instructional routines, and safety protocols.

In this workshop, we will establish school-wide norms that promote a positive learning environment, unpack our student behavioral expectations, and master the logistical routines, from arrival to dismissal, that keep our campus safe, efficient, and welcoming.
