Join us for a comprehensive, hands-on training session designed to equip you with life-saving skills. This workshop covers the essential components of emergency response, focusing on Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), the proper use of Automated External Defibrillators (AED), and the critical techniques of the Stop the Bleed campaign.

Participants will learn how to recognize life-threatening emergencies, respond quickly and effectively, and administer immediate care before professional first responders arrive.
